My Reading List

Access your iCloud Reading List in your default browser

Why?

I loved the idea of being able to sync items I want to read on all my devices and the iCloud Reading List works really well between my iPhone and iPad but on my Macbook Pro and my Mac Mini I don't use Safari - I always use Chrome. There had to be a way to quickly access the iCloud Reading List without launching Safari each time.

What does it do?

It's very simple - you run this app and it stays in your menu bar. When you click on it, it reads the Reading List stored on your local Mac and it displays those links for you to click on. An icon denotes it if's been read before or if it's new. Clicking on the link launches your default browser and directs it to the requested page.

Where is it?

My Reading List runs in the menu bar (see screenshot 1) - it won't appear in the dock and depending on the number of icons you already have in the menubar it maybe hidden sometimes.
